What we collect when you enquire

If you fill in an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, your own address, the address of the property to be surveyed, the type of problem you select and anything you write in the message box. We use it to contact you about your enquiry, to arrange a survey and to raise any paperwork. It is stored in our customer records system, HubSpot.

What we store on your device

Alongside what the site needs to function, we store the following when you visit:

• Advertising information. If you arrived from a Google advert, we keep the click identifier and campaign details for 30 days so we can tell which adverts lead to enquiries.
• Analytics. An anonymous identifier that lets us see which pages are used, and where visitors came from.

None of it is needed for the site to work, and nothing about the site changes if you block it. You can stop it by blocking cookies and site data for this site in your browser settings, or remove what is already stored by clearing this site’s data.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details go to HubSpot, which stores our customer records. Advertising and analytics information is shared with Google and with Opinly, our analytics provider. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to provide the service and to honour any guarantee on work carried out. Advertising information stored on your device expires after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at info@radication.co.uk or on 028 9061 8343. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
