1. Cancellation Notice
In the event that the client wishes to cancel or reschedule the survey, a written notice must be provided at least 5 days prior to the scheduled survey date. Cancellations made within this notice period may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling.
2. Same-Day Cancellations
If the client cancels the survey on the day of the scheduled survey, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or changes in personal schedules.
3. Non-Attendance
In the event that the client fails to attend the survey without prior notification (no-show), this will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
4. Force Majeure
In cases where the survey is cancelled due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control), we will offer rescheduling at no additional charge. However, no refund will be issued.
5. Survey Company’s Cancellation
If the survey is cancelled or rescheduled by Radication Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
