Radication was involved in the treatment of Dry Rot and Rising Damp at the new staff canteen, as they were converting a storeroom into a new canteen which had a number of damp and rot issues. The architect involved asked us to do a survey before the renovation commenced.
We subsequently carried out the survey and identified a number of issues with respect to damp and rot. We submitted a report and quotation which was accepted and we carried out all the recommended treatments. The whole project was completed within three months allowing the renovation to be completed and the client was delighted with the final outcome.
