# Terms and conditions of survey cancellation

## 1. Cancellation notice

In the event that the client wishes to cancel or reschedule the survey, a written notice must be provided at least 5 days prior to the scheduled survey date.

## 2. Same-day cancellations

If the client cancels the survey on the day of the scheduled survey, no refunds will be issued.

## 3. Non-attendance

In the event that the client, or any occupant, tenant, agent, or other party responsible for providing access to the property, fails to attend or fails to grant entry for the scheduled survey without prior notification (no-show), this will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

## 4. Force majeure

In cases where the survey is cancelled due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control), we will offer rescheduling at no additional charge. However, no refund will be issued.

## 5. Cancellation by Radication Ltd

If the survey is cancelled or rescheduled by Radication Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
